Please log in for more thread options i doubt there will ever be any upgrades for the phone OS, you will need a
new phone.
the Q9m had WM 6, and if it is as good as the Q is a good choice. if you've
only used pocket PCs, not having the touch screen takes a little getting
used to but the Q is a good smartphone.
