I have something on our sites that seems to be causing 3 delay/hang
symptoms:

1) Really slow load times
2) Once loaded, even if fast, eventually it locks up
3) defined slow loads where it says loading 9 more objects then hangs

There is very little complicated program bu I suspect it has somethign
to do with one of the three type n on HTML components:

a) shcokwave placement via <object> tag
b) some very basic content Include calls (.inc)
c) those Includes are calling DHTML menu

I heard rumor of IE6 having increasing trouble with embed object
handling, but cant verify that. I know I could begin to remove one
piece at a time but I am wondering if there is any kind of software app
that can monitor the activity and pinpoint the culprit(s).

Thanks for your time.

Have you asked Adobe/Macromedia? This is an HTML newsgroup, you can't
expect to get debugging help with Flash from the folks here (especially
if you don't post a URL - very few of us are telepathic).
