I am running ActiveSync 4.5 on an HP iPAQ rx3715. I haven't had problems
until the time change. I cannot get the times to sync properly. The
handheld remains 1 hour behind. It is affecting my calendar. Items that
were scheduled for a 7am start time are now showing up at 8 am.

Any ideas of how to resolve this?

Thanks,

Erich

I assume you haven't patched the device for the new DST start/end dates?

Navigate to the following page from your device, download the patch for
WM2003 SE (works for most all WM2003 devices) and run it.

http://mobile.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsmobile/downloads/dstdownload.aspx>

To "activate" it after running it, either soft reset, or go to the clock
settings and change your home time zone to anything other than the one it
is now, then change it back.

Hi Todd:
I've got the iPAQ rx3715 and HP has their own Daylight Saving Time Fix:

Thank you so much for your assistance. The problem was resolved after the
patch from HP was installed.

Awesome!!

I'm having the SAME problem... I change my HP RX 5915 from 12:26pm to
1:26pm... then sync it... it changes back to 12:26... I then downloaded the
patch below... I got a message on the rx5915 screen "the software did not
install" (or something like that) I tried two times... no solution, just
that it did not install! So I reset the device to the correct time, and
sync'ed... and sat there and watched the screen-- and it RESET the time for
an hour behind! I'm STUCK with this thing always re-setting me to an hour
behind!

Any other suggestions?
