I have a Motorola Q that I can't get to sync with my computer (XP). I have
Active Sync 4.5. Active Sync will say that it's connected and syncing, but
it doesn't do anything. I spent three hours on the phone with tech support
for my Q, and they're convinced the problem is with Active Sync on my
computer. Any help anyone can offer?

Hi Raj,

I did look at that page, and either the suggestions didn't apply or I had
already tried them.

Hi,

Depending on the version of your WM5.0 on your phone, you might have the
option to disable the advanced network functionality. Refer to
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938323 and try connecting again.
