Motorola Q is supposed to come out in upcoming months, with such a keyboard,
and very thin.

Two things I don't like about the iPaq 6515 are, 1) it is quite a bit
bigger then the Treo, 2) it comes with Win CE 2003 (I'd prefer to buy a
WM 5.0 device.) 3) the screen is 250 x 250 pixels (lower res then the
Treo).
I should mention that the larger size might actually be a positive
since the keyboard and screen are larger. Also I think since it is an
hp product it should be top quality.
