Greetings,
I have a Treo 750.  Business use:
Using ActiveSync over the Clouds to sync Exchange email, Contacts and
Calendar.  In addition, I sync favorites using the Desktop (XP).
For home personal use I purchased a Vista x64 laptop.  I would like to sync
my Outlook (stand Alone PST) calendar to this device too; while maintaing the
other sync processes.

Can I do this?

Not really- Windows Mobile devices only support two sync partnerships,
and you've used them up between the Exchange sever and the XP PC.

You'd have to get creative- e.g. copying the Mobile Favorites to the
Vista PC and sync the calendar and favorites from there.
