Tim,
It depends on how your VPN Concentrator is configured on the remote end. In
some Cisco solutions, there is a required certificate that must be installed
on the device in order for it to be allow to connect. That is the case for
my corporate network. Sometimes there is just a key involved which your IT
Team may or may not be willing to share.
