Like many others, I am having problems syncing - it stops at connecting.

I am turning off Norton Internet Security and attempting to connect via usb.

Any suggestions?

What next?

(otherwise, I think I like the phone)

Hi,

How about you changing the USB port of your computer, i mean if your
computer has two ports, try inserting the USB on the second port. May be its
an issue with your current USB port.

Also try deleting all the current partnerships initially, and then create a
new partnership with your Treo

I have tried that.

Tried that also.

From reading other groups and talking to verizon, this is a widespread
problem. Maybe it's not a simple antivirus/firewall issue.
