That depends. If all you want it for is to do your web and email and
google maps on your Treo, and you don't mind spending around $35 a month
for that, then it's a good deal. The 700p or 700w should be pretty good
for that.

At Sprint, if you get the SERO deal (google for "sprint sero"), you get
a goodly chunk of talk time plus all-you-can-eat data service for around
$35/month. That's 300kbps service, or something like that.

You cannot tether to your laptop/PC with that service. Add another
$60/month (I think) for that.
