It does for me, but not without problems. I spent quite a bit of time
at http://www.petri.co.il/ , in the MS KB's and googling the
newsgroups. On an almost totally fresh install of Exchange 2003, not
counting installing the SSL cert, I probably spent 4 hours on it.

Once it is up and running, it is bullitproof.
