O.k., I finally figured out my HTTP_403 problem, but now I get another error
when trying to sync my Treo. The error is: "HTTP_500 Internal Server Error"
.. I have spent HOURS searching for a solution but come up with nothing (and
YES, OMA works just fine). HELP ANYONE???

Just curious, does anyone have ActiveSync up and running with a mobile
device? I have read hundreds of messages and articles about ActiveSync
problems, but have never seen a message or article from someone saying that
it works flawless for them. Do they exist?
I realize that ActiveSync is a COST FREE solution to mobile syncing, but
I'm beginning to search for 3rd party alternatives to this. Maybe the fact
that it is "cost free" is why it is so unreliable.

It does for me, but not without problems. I spent quite a bit of time
at http://www.petri.co.il/ , in the MS KB's and googling the
newsgroups. On an almost totally fresh install of Exchange 2003, not
counting installing the SSL cert, I probably spent 4 hours on it.

Once it is up and running, it is bullitproof.
