Hello David,
This is Kevin from Palm. There could be a number of possibilities for
why your issue is occurring, so I'll refer you to the Palm Knowledge
Library's main hotsync troubleshooting article "HotSync
troubleshooting: Start here" at
http://www.palmone.com/cgi-bin/cso_kbURL.cgi?ID=2630. But, pay
particular attention to the cable connection at the device. Make sure
connectors are clean, try reseating or jiggling slightly (carefully) to
insure a solid connection.
