Does a network monitor for the Treo 600 exist, maybe with the possiblity
to select the cell you want to use with your phone?

I mean I want to connect the phone to a specific telephone pole. This is
possible with the Nokia 7110/6210 etc. Does that really work with
TrafficStat?

No, didn't read the question right.

Only thing I know to do is select the network from the main phone screen,
press MENU, then select Options/Select Network...

That's what every one should be able to do. But how about to lock your
phone to the currently used phone pole? Is it technically possible to
write a software for that?
