You are invited to join the Trend Micro Mobile Security 3.0 for Windows
Mobile 5 (PocketPC and Smartphone) Beta Program.
BETA DURATION: August 29th to October 3rd, 2006
Trend Micro Mobile Security 3.0 provides handset security including
antivirus and SMS spam detection for mobile phones and PDA devices.
Service providers, enterprises with mission critical mobile
infrastructures, as well as consumers requiring security software for
portable devices may use the solution.
The integrated solution provides automatic, real-time scanning to
protect wireless devices against malicious code and viruses on the Web
or hidden inside files.
As the number of data-centric mobile devices grows, industry analysts
such as Gartner and Meta Group expect them to become an attractive
target for virus writers. Mobile Security provides protection against
emerging threats via a compact yet sophisticated scan engine that helps
detect and block malicious code.
NEW FEATURES:
This release of TMMS support Windows Mobile 5.0 for PocketPC /
Smartphone adds usability improvements as well as a firewall to the
previous releases of TMMS 2.0.

5=2E0
=B7 PC with ActiveSync installed & Internet connection for beta
reporting
=B7 Data connection for ScanEngine and virus pattern file update
