I do have a map of Germany with polar stereographic projection (60°N). And
a list of cities with their geographical positions in long/lat that should
be put on the map in Flash.

So I would like to transform the long/lat data into map coordinates inside
of Flash.

Can anyone give me some hints (or a kind of formula) for this? This doesn't
need to be highly accurate, given the scale of the map an error of 1 km can
easily be accepted.

Thanks a lot!
G.
