Exchange Server 2003 comes with everything you need to synchronise e-mail,
contacts and calendar over-the-air (OTA) or any other connection (including
the ActiveSync on cradle).

The article also includes instructions to create an AUTD (Always Up To Date)
configuration, but you can simply skip that if you want only to synchronise
on schedule or manually.
