Yes, there is. Toshiba has a diagnostic program called Fan.EXE that
allows you to manually turn the fan on or off (it's a command line (DOS)
program). It's possible to create a .BAT file "Fanon.bat" and put it
into the startup group and the fan will run continuously.
You should be able to find FAN.EXE on the web with a search. If not, I
can send it to you, but most people can't take .EXE E-Mail attachments.
