 Dead. No power, won't turn on. Started with turning its self off and
now won't turn on at all. Any ideas will be appreciated.

 Dead battery, broken or defective power jack, defective AC adapter, dead
motherboard, broken power switch, no power to AC outlet

I Agree With Art.
I have a few sugestions that i advise people with this problem.
First you need to diagnose and figure out if its the Power supply the
jack or a more serious issue: Check the website out below for loads of
help on the Powerjack issue and Diagnostics etc. He Does Service Manuals
(Very Cheap), The actual repair (Very Very Cheap), Powerjacks and a
Really good Laptop Repair Tutorial DVD Video that covers the repair of
the Powerjack on almost all models (Highly Recomended) Loads of tips and
tricks and Diagnosis pages.
