 Hi

Can anyone help.. ive got tom tom 5 on my spv c500. It all works ok but
whenever I exit then all my favourites, preferences etc are not saved.

Does anyone have any ideas on this??

I use the same combination and have no problems at all. Tomtom 5 was
installed as an upgrade from Tomtom 3.
Maybe if you delete Tomtom and reinstall it everything should work well. It
looks like you are missing one or more files.
The combination spv c500 with Tomtom 5 must work properly.
