Hi, I've configured Outlook mobile to sunchronise my RSS folders in Oultook
2007.  Is there anyway that I can get a today screen plugin that shows me a
summary of the messages in those particular folders?  So when new RSS
articles are synchronised, I can easily seem from my today screen that there
are new articles waiting, for example.

Spb Insight lets you do that.

Hi Linley

Thanks for that.  However, I want to try and avoid using a third party
program on my mobile device.  THe advantage of using Outlook mobile is that
when I read and delete an RSS article from my mobile, it will automatically
synchornise over the air with Exchange.  If I introduce a third party
program, then it will be difficult to tell what I've already read and
deleted when using the Outlook client on my notebook.

In case you are asking for a piece of functionality that is not available on
your phone, there is no way to do that without third-party software.

Could you please tell us what phone you are talking about and what version
of Windows Mobile? In the phones I have there is no RSS sync on Outlook
Mobile and it is done by some kind of external software, so I want to check
what exactly you are using for giving you a better answer.

Hi, I'm using Windows Mobile 6 Pro, however I don't believe it is a new
feature set that I am using.  I've simply used the Manage Folders option in
Outlook Mobile to choose to synchronise two RSS folders that are within my
Exchange Mailbox.
