 I have a Windows Mobile 5 device syncronising Exchange 2003 mailbox
via Active Sync 4.5 running on XP SP2.

It works well for all users except one. For this one person all her
calendar events show on the today screen and really slows down the
device to the point where it is unusable.

However, when opening the calendar for the current day it only has
about 6 entries.

Any ideas?

Sorry my mistake, the current day has loads and loads of false entries
now. I thought it was only 6 because that's all I could see in the
'day' view.

This not being caused by Windows Mobile or ActiveSync.

It seems that those people having this trouble all have a lot of
calendar entries with no start or end date.
During the sync the PDA doesn;t know how to deal with them so it gives
them a start time and date equal to that of when the sync started. It
also gives them a duration of 1 hour.

On the desktop, I can only see the entries if I change the view to 'By
Category' and sort on start date. The start date is then displayed as
None.

I have no idea how these entries got in there to begin with but
deleting them from the desktop before a sync stops the problem.
