Hello, apologies if this is the wrong forum but i have a problem with
my local authorites Mapinfo GIS where i work.

At the mo im using MapInfo Professional 7.5 which is loaded on my C:\
drive along with an EXEGESIS mapping module. I take the map data from
our intranet.

My problem is the three vector text tables i use (bulding, road and
water). When I go into the layers control dialogue box and click the
style overide button I can change the font type but the tick box for
the font size is missing. This causes problems when printing maps (as
when the scale is above a certain size (1:2500) the text appears as
black boxes. Is there a way to make the street names and the like a
little bigger?
The printer is a kyrocera Mita FS-8000C KX laser printer.

I dont want to have to use 1:10000 raster maps at 1:2500 scale so is
there anything you can suggest?

cheers

Jon
