Hi,

I'm looking for a Smartphone that can be used by an IT support department.
We need to be able to use Remote desktop on a Windows 2000 or 2003 server,
over a VPN connection, and be able to see clearly what is on all parts of
the RDP screen. I believe that a HTC TyTN II will do this, but I've never
seen one in use. Can anyone advise/recommend what I need to look for? I
believe I just need Windows Mobile 6.* Professional, preferably with Mobile
Office, and the more connectivity options the better (Wi-Fi and GPRS are
essentials). I'm in the UK and this phone will be used only in the UK, by IT
techs who need to answer support calls, then use RDP to check things out. A
Smartphone will help us to do things quicker and easier than carrying a
laptop around, I think.

Thanks in advance,

SW
