Exactly same problem here, and the highlight feature works just fine (the
only feature that works :~(

Yes, I will do this when I get home and report the results here.

Yes, I see the Tabbed Browsing entry in the MSN Search Toolbar options and
"Turn on tabbed browsing" is checked.

Hi David,

The 10 registry keys at HKEY_LOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\MSN Apps\Tabs
all have the same values.

Further, the two dlls in C:\Program Files\MSN Toolbar
Suite\TAB.02.000.1007\en-us have the same sizes, modification dates, and
version numbers.

Steven Ickman (see other message in this thread) indicated that the Manage
Add-ons menu in IE was added with Win XP SP2. On the machine where tabs are
not working, I have only SP1 installed.
