I have an I-mate K jam phone with WM 5.0. The IP stack on the phone has
become jumbled, it will connect to gprs ok but has no internet connection. on
wifi it connects to my network, and through usb will sync with the desktop. i
want it to sync with my exchange server through gprs but with no internet
connectivity this is impossible. the isp for the phone say they have seen
this before but do not know how to rectify it apart from a hard reboot, they
say it is the tcp/ip stack and it needs to be cleared, any suggestions?
