Please log in for more thread options Did you try ActiveSync v3.8? If your device is running Windows Mobile 2003
then I believe the recommended version of ActiveSync is 3.8. If you have a
Windows Mobile 5.0 device, then you should use the latest 4.x version of
ActivSync. I would also recommend starting from scratch - i.e. delete your
existing ActivSync partnership and create it afresh.
