I have two folders for my contacts, business and personal, and would
like for them to sync that way on to my Blackjack but they do not. Is
it possible to do so?

Hi,

Not possible using ActiveSync or the WMDC for Vista as only the main folder
will synchronize with your device. Here are some options
which will enable you to get your sub folder contacts on the device -

* Pocket Mirror - http://www.chapura.com/pmp_wm.php
* Pocket On Schedule - http://www.odysseyinc.com/
* Microsoft Outlook free add-in Outlook PCS -

Other option is to categorize your Contacts as Business or Personal and then
place them all in the main Contact folder.

An alternative is one single address book on your Outlook and separate
your Business and Personal contacts by assigning each entry to the
appropriate Categories
