On the PC in activesync, there is a checkbox in the options

Note, it is important that both the PC and the PPC are set to the same
timezone.

Dear Howard,

When I open activesync, the options menu is disabled.
Where is the checkbox that you mean?

Thanks

Hi Robert,

Beverly is refering to the Tools -> Options in ActiveSync on your desktop.
You will find it just above the Server demarkation.

I know what you mean, but the menu can't be clicked (disabled).
How to make the menu can be clicked?

Thanks
