 I just changed job, and my new company uses Lotus Notes, not MS Outlook.

Any idea about synchronizing my Windows Mobile smartphone with Calendar and
contacts of Lotus Notes ?

 I am in the same boat and we use a program called synchalogic. it seems to
be a client app that resides on the device. and connects to the lotus notes
db through the activesynch interface.
