 Can anyone tell me how to include the subfolders within my contacts folder
when using active sync? At present it is only synching the main contacts
folder and skipping the rest.

 Look at the alternative synch programs.
(I can't recall the names but search the archives, or try a web search).

Hi Scott,

ActiveSync will synchronize only the main Contacts folder. It does not
support synchronization of local folders created by you on your desktop. It
supports a feature called Categories for sorting purpose. Refer:

If you want to synchronize Contacts that are stored in sub folders, then you
can consider using the PCS add-in for Outlook.

Other alternatives would be to use third party application which support
synchronization of non-default folders.
