I have a repeatable problem when syncing both an HTC and a Samsung Blackjack,
using Windows Mobile Device 6.0 and 6.1.

I have OL 2007. whenever a recurring meeting (w/ or w/out an end date) is
scheduled on OL 2003, and sent to me, the meeting information is fine on OL
2007. however, when i sync to my smartphone, the appointment time is 'off'
by the # of hours my time zone is from GMT.

for example, i am eastern US, GMT-5. So, my 9am recurring meeting shows up
after syncing as 4:00am on my phone only...OL 2007 is still fine. It is as
if the # of hours I am away from GMT is being deducted twice from the appt
time. When traveling to another time zone, and re-syncing, the same thing
occurs except that, if it was central TZ then it is GMT -6.

VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!
