 Hi NG,

On my PPC (WM 2003) is the German version of Windows
Outlook 2002 installed and on my Laptop the
English version of ACT! 6.0.

Synchronising contacts with the English Version ACT! Link
for PPC over the English Version of ActiveSync 3.8 results
in a partly incorrect mapping of fields.

Is it anyhow possible to define the contacts fields
before or after synchronisation?

You'd need to contact the manufacturer of the ACT! Link software -
ActiveSync does not synchronize with ACT! at all.

Hi NG,

the problem is solved now. I got an update from ACT! Link to Version
1.0.1. and a hotfix Zip-file.

Now the data transfer in both directions (PC to PPC) is fine.
