I have just upgraded to Office 2003 from Office XP on a machine running XP
pro. I have an IPAQ 2210 with Pocket PC version 4.20.0 build 14053 and
connected through ActiveSync 3.8. When syncing the inbox I have 248 items to
be resolved when I click on resolve items ActiveSync starts, then for each
item I get an error message box stating over two lines;
cannot convert file'file-name'
Cannot locate Microsoft Conversion Library (msconv97.dll)
These are all MS files, either word, excel, ppt, png or some other ms
suffix. It seems to sync the pdf files without any problems.
Just checked lots of memory avavailable and 512k SD card installed.
