I dont think there is a direct way to do this without Intellisync?
(dunno but i heard that can).

However what I do to work around this is I have 2 things setup at work:
1. We have Calendar setup as a "Moderated Folder" but really, what it
does is send me a copy of any added appointment.
2. I setup an Outlook (only when outlook is running) "Rule" that
whenever one of these appointments come in from "Calendar" to mark it
as read and move it to my personal calendar.
>From My Calendar --> Shared Calendar
Also, for then when I want to put something on the shared calendar from
my Pocket PC, I have it include "Calendar" as an attendee and that
throws it on the Shared Calendar.
As far as updates or things that change, I don't believe this works.
For new items however, it works for me.
