We have recently purchased some Palm Treo 750 phones with Windows Mobile 5.0.
We have personal and public contact lists and are using Exchange SP2. We
would like the ability to have the phones update themselves using all of our
contact lists. For example, I have my personal contacts in a non-public
contact list and then I have a listing of all of my employees in a public
contact list. I want my phone to get both of these when they are updated. Is
there a way to do this without getting a separate program?

Hi Cameron,

By default ActiveSync/WMDC does not support folder sync so not possible to
do it with out a separate program. One way to get your public contacts
would be using a free add-in Outlook PCS -
http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/raj/OutlookPCS.html For third party alternatives:

* Pocket On Schedule - http://www.odysseyinc.com/
* Pocket Mirror - http://www.chapura.com/pmp_wm.php

Raj,

Thank you for the reply. Will PCS work with public contact lists as well?
