Hi,
The problem is with the names of the folders when you installed
applications. Be careful when renaming folders because it affects the
applications that are installed in them. I suggest identifying which folders
in C:\Program Files contains the word Microsoft in them and consider
uninstalling the other application, reinstalling ActiveSync, testing
synchronization and then reinstalling the other application.
