Is there a way to configure Activesync or my Palm so that it stores the
sync'd files on the PDA's memory card?

Thanks

you can change the folder activesync uses as file-sync base folder, but you
cannot add two folders, so if you give up syncing my documents then yes you
can configure it to sync any other folder (even in card)

but use free mobsync instead, and sync multi folders

I've seen the "setting" in ActiveSync to change the PC folder name, but I
don't see a setting that will let me change where it gets sync'd to on the
PDA, and from your reply it isn't clear that there is one.

that is undocumented;

from regedit, under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE
Services\Partners key, search a key where profilename is your ppc's device
name (what is seen on activesync when connected), from there you can change
the value of "NoSubFolderIn", but first make a backup of the key by exporting
from file menu or right-click
then connect your device, if it doesnt change the setting on your ppc, then do
the same in a phm-like registry editor on your ppc

but remember, this is not the default expected behaviour of activesync so not
recommended

I found another option; Microsoft has a utility that is included with
Windows Mobile Developer Power Toys. It's called CEcopy, and with that I
can copy files from my PC to PDA memory card using a batch file.

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=74473FD6-1DCC-47AA-AB28-6A2B006EDFE9&displaylang=en

I'm going to try that, I'm leary about trying the registry edit.

Thanks
