Hi. I'm really struggling here.
I have a Dell Axim X50v.

I have synchronised all my calendar items with my main Home PC.

I now want to synchronise all the calendar items on my PDA with my office
Exchange server.

I change dock the PDA, and enter the logon settings for the server etc. Set
it to do the past two weeks and all future appointments. it starts to sync.
says 708 items remaining, gets to about 70 odd, then comes up with warnings
on the device, saying the following failed to sychronise on the device, and
then lists a load of future and past appointments.

I try again, and THIS time, synchronises a few more, but with 356 items
remaining, stops short again, and THEN tells me warnings that it couldn't
synchronise a load of appointments from OVER two weeks ago, when i
specifically asked it not to sync past two weeks.

Can anyone help me here? i'm tearing my hair out.

Ian

On further investigation, adding new entries into either the Outlook
calendar, or the PDA calendar, these entries DO synchronise with the server.

HOWEVER, I believe that the entries that are NOT synchronising are those
that have been entered into outllok using NOKIA PC Suite sychronisation.

Are calendar entries that have been sourced from a mobile phone different to
those entered directly into outlook. Do they contain different sync codes or
something that prevent them from being accepted by an exchange server?

Hi,
Other users have reported problems with calendar and contact information
imported from a 3rd party source. I suspect that something is not being
configured correctly with the other synchronization software.

A workaround if this is a one time event would be to consider exporting all
your information and then importing it back in.

How do you mean "Export and re-import" ? Surely this will make duplicates?
