Trying to sync with exchange server then got the pop up message saying
"ActiveSync encountered a problem on server. Support Code: 86000108" It just
happen this week without any reason.

Outlook 2003 will not synchronize my Calendar & Contacts lists.

I found quite a number of posts on this error, most of them deal with
certificate issues between the device
and the Exchange server. Many of these posts indicate that certificates
were never involved and the error just showed up one day, so I get the
impression there may be other causes; this solution looks like it may help:
