 Calculate Matthews Correlation Coefficient for a data set given to
Statistics::ROC thereby returning an optimum cutting point.
Also give stats on various other bits and pieces...
where is the 5% FDR?
what's the FPR at such-and-such a rank?
etc
suggestions?
