I have 1 particular user that is having difficulties syncing his mobile phone
with our exchange server. Whether we sync with the PC, or with the Exchagne
server, we get the same message "There is not enough space on the server to
synchronize information. Delete some old items from your Exchange mailbox."
Now obviously, we went through his mailbox, which was smaller than an
account I just set up yesterday to sync that worked fine. We cut the mailbox
size in half (about 80 MB). We still get the same error. I compared his
account with the account I synchronized yesterday and the setting were
exactly the same. I've reset his phone, and I also was able to synchronize
another account on his phone without a problem.
So where is the problem here? I'm sure the phone is OK, as it was just
replaced 3 weeks ago, and works with other accounts. I can log in under his
account using Outlook Web ACcess, and exchange on his computer has no
problems.
