How on this good green earth do you set your icons in alphabetical order?

Using a Motorola Q WM5.

I don't think there's a way to change that. They are in alphabetical
order when you view the start menu folder in Windows Explorer on the
PC though.

yet another (IMO) ridiculous limitation/design feature).

The order of the first six icons is user-defined; the rest are always
in alphabetical order. Yeah, it's weird, but if you ever want to move
a few things to the top of your start menu, you'll be thankful. Those
first six can be designated with a tool like Jeyo Personalizer.
