I am a Canadian resident. I recently got a new computer with Vista
Home Premium. I've been reading online about Sportslounge, but in
Media Center, it isn't there. Any help?

Thanks in advance.

Open Control Panel and make sure the Regional and Language Options are
set to US.
If those settings are fine then open Media Center > Settings > General >
Automatic Download Options > Select Manual download > Click Download Now.
