1) You may want to check the version of Activesync you have installed.
There are issues with older versions so maybe you should upgrade. See
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile for the latest version (there is a AS
4.2 Beta out which works for me).
2) The current version of VoiceCommand is not supported for Windows Mobile
5.0, I believe. You may have to wait for the update to Voice Command for WM
5.0 to fix this.
