Spint PPC-6700 Couple Issues

I hve 8 PPC-6700's deployed. They all connect to the Exchange server over
the internet to sync. Mostly they are working fine but I have two issues.

1) When connected to the cradle they will not sync to the network I'm sure
this is due to the certificate being registered to an oustide address and the
internet access is on the same address. Any help on how to resolve this? We
are close to just putting in another connection to the internet to solve it
but looking for other answers.

2) When we use the microsoft voice command and request to dial a number we
get three short soft beeps and it disconnects before the first ring. This
can also happen if we manually dial the number but the frequency is much
greater if we request a voice dial.

Any help would be wonderful.

1) You may want to check the version of Activesync you have installed.
There are issues with older versions so maybe you should upgrade. See
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile for the latest version (there is a AS
4.2 Beta out which works for me).

2) The current version of VoiceCommand is not supported for Windows Mobile
5.0, I believe. You may have to wait for the update to Voice Command for WM
5.0 to fix this.
