I think I posted about this before, but I didn't get any responses about the
specific problem. Its still happening, so I'll try again.

Every program records fine on my Media Centre 2005 except for Battlestar
Galactica on channel 44 (Space) at 8pm. This particular program always ends
up with a 0 byte size. If I notice the problem and delete it, it records
fine when the show re-airs at 2am. Every other program records fine, but
this one has failed for the last three weeks. Any ideas as to why?

Thanks
Brian

The only thing that comes to mind is maybe the broadcaster is setting the
copy-protect bits for the first airing but not the second. Are you able to
be there for the first recording? Might be enlightening to see if Media
Center puts any message on the screen when it fails...
