AFAIK there is no Media Center compatible TV capture card that will accept a
digital-in. They will only accept standard L/R analogue stereo via 1/8" stereo
jack or Red/White RCA jacks.

Come to think the only TV capture unit that I do know of with digital-in is the
new Hauppauge HD PVR & as this captures to MPEG4 it is definitely not Media
Center compatible although it is a very interesting device.
