I have a Sony PEGS360 and Palm 4.0.1 Desktop on my PC.
It worked fine for a few months until the battery ran down. The
handheld was cleared of all data.
Ever since I have not been able to get the HotSync to work. I connect
via USB.
The error msg is:
"HotSync Problem
The conenction between your handheld computer and the desktop could not
be established. Please check your setup and try again."
We installed the Clie desktop to a 2nd laptop, but we get the same
error.
Any suggestions appreciated.
