I would like to be able to synchronize the calendar and contacts on my
Pocket PC 2003 with the calendar and contacts in my MSN Hotmail account. I
used to use IntelliSync for MSN, which worked great and I loved, but was
later told that MSN stopped supporting IntelliSync for MSN. I was told that
I should use Microsoft Outlook Connector, but the only way to get that was
by installing it with the MSN Premium software. Even though I have an MSN
Premium account, I HATE the MSN Premium software and would rather be unable
to synchronize than install that. Therefore, the only remaining option I can
think of is any third-party software available to do this synchronization.
Here are my preferences as to how I would like to do the synchronization:
1. I would prefer to do the synchronization without Outlook being involved,
but I am willing to have Outlook installed as long as I don't have to
interact with it directly during the synchronization.
2. I want the synchronization process to be very simple and straightforward;
I want to simply click a button or select from a menu something that says
something like "Perform Synchronization"
3. I am willing to do some initial configuration for the software if
necessary, but I do not want to need to reconfigure it each time I
synchronize.
If anybody knows of any software that I can use to synchronize my Pocket PC
2003 Calendar & Contacts with my MSN Hotmail Calendar & Contacts, I would
very much appreciate it if you would let me know about it. Thanks.

Please log in for more thread options You can't tell anyone not to use an email address, and if you actually look
at the address and think about it:
It's hotmail- easily changed and may well just be a temporary one until too
much spam. And it means he *can* get emails until things get bad, unlike
your fake address. It's a choice, his choice may well suit him just as your
choice suits you.
You can't really criticise just because his choice is different to yours, he
may well have different priorities and needs.

A suggestion is much different than criticism <g>. Though each is entitled
to their own approach, the suggestion is valid..and in the long run, imo,
its not really about the email address per se, but more importantly using
one's real name which can lead to a slew of other and unnecessary potential
identity abuses.
Though it could be construed as criticism, even the novice may understand
when its constructive.

Alan, I wasn't critisising. I was simply passing on advice that an MVP gave
to me.
