Ok so last year - for almost a year - I had a Tmobile Pocket PC / PDA
Phone. The PDA portion of the phone was great (accept that it would
need to be charged every eight hours circa), but using it as a phone
was tedious to say the very least. It just wasn't a good phone

It was bulky, horrible connection...etc.

So now I have a TMobile Sidekick II , and I'm pretty happy with it. As
a phone it works pretty good, it isn't TOO big, and I love the qwerty
keyboard for emails and texts.

Anyway....as a technogeek, I'm always looking for the latest and
greatest.

The Treo 700 looks great, but, as it is the first Palm machine with
Microsoft Mobile OS, looking for software/applications from third party
verdors/developers seems to leave me wondering if I should either wait
to buy, or look somewhere else, (or just suck it up and wait for the
apps to surface..)

The Pocket PC os for my last PDA phone, had litterely hundereds of apps
that I could download, and of course with a 1gig memory expansion, I
could download to my heart's content.

When Google - ing for apps for the Treo 700, I can't seem to find any
at all.

So my question is: Does anyone know of a website or download resource
for apps compatible for the Treo 700 / Windows Mobile 5.0 Phone Edition
OS

Thanks for any help

Treo 700W is normal Pocket PC form OS standpoints, so pretty much all Pocket
PC applications should work.

The problem might be with different resolution, though.

Applications designed for PPC 2003 SE and above supposed to be resolution
aware, but you never know.
