Oxygen Phone Manager II for Symbian OS phones now has preliminary phonebook
section support for the most of Windows Mobile based smartphones. You can
download the latest free trial version here:

Currently only addressbook, personal photos and speed dials settings are
supported. Microsoft Outlook, Windows Address Book, Microsoft Excel (.csv)
,Oxygen Phone Manager II for Nokia and Samsung phones (

.rtf ), Microsoft Excel (.csv, .xls , .diff, .slk) plain text ( fixed-size
columns or tab delimited), Internet Documents ( .html and .xml ) and
Database ( .dbf) export.
