List.

I've got an Audiovox SMT 5600 with the smartphone OS and am dying to find a
way to Sync all my well organized Outlook Folders on the Smartphone.

Someone please tell me there is a way to get these organized subfolders onto
the SmartPhone (e.g. "Personal", "Research", "Architecture" etc, etc)
without having to pull all the contacts out of these organized folders and
drop them in one large "catchall" list.

Much Thanks,

Jonathan

List.

Someone has to know if this is a definitive cannot do or whether there is
software that will allow you to sync subfolders under your Contacts in
Outlook to your SmartPhone Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition.

Pretty please.

Cannot do... sorry to be the bearer of bad news, the only workaround is
to set categories up on the phone once everything is synced and then use
filters on the phone to sort your contacts. A pretty major omission on
Microsoft's part though!

Koifish, All.

Big thanks for the big tip. Downloaded the demo which I have 5 days left on.

Working strictly with OL02 Contacts I can say I'll purchase this for 49
dollars. Pretty straightforward. You select your folders and subfolders (up
to a max of something like 250) and you get them all on the Smartphone (WM
2002 2nd Ed.) via a filter option (on my Audiovox). Kicks the sap out of
having all your contacts in one big " *Welcome to Contacts!* " folder! What
were they thinking?

Anyway. No sub-folders on the smartphone just all your folders in one great
line-up. It would be nice to have a multiple select on the original sync-up
selection of your folders (or subsequent re-arranging) but as it is now you
just keep rolling through what you want to add and plunking them up on the
list. Bit tedious but lightyears ahead of what I would have been working
with. Chapura tech help appears excellent.

Have not found any real issues with the thing yet. Recommend it.
